Summit County Akron Arrests Jackie J. Taylor, 40, of Seward Avenue, and Hermaine D. Powell, 34, of Grace Avenue, were each charged with aggravated burglary, burglary, aggravated robbery and disrupting public service Feb. 9 in the 1200 block of Roslyn Avenue. Taylor also was charged with complicity. They are accused of stealing a wallet, cell phone and glasses from a 73-year-old Roslyn Avenue man's home.
